Stallion Promotion Packages

Each package is for One Stallion. I will act as main contact person. Payment goes directly to the owner of stallion. I will handle the contracts. A 5% commission on any breeding sold through me based on the selling price, to be paid at the same time as the breeding is paid for.

Package A:

Cost per stallion with yearly contract:

$500 yearly

2. Posting Stallion information to promotional stallion sites - Listing on multiple web sites under stallion section Agdirect - Arabhorse - AHA Market Place - Arabian Horse World -ect.
3. Entering stallion into promotional stallion auctions - These are a donated breeding but the advertising is wonderful. They all have web sites that reference your page and many do ads and pictures in the World/Times. These usually run one year of advertising. NSH Stallion Row Auction - Only if NSH Nominated - Scottsdale Signature Stallion - Minnesota Fall Fest Futurity - Michigan Futurity - Iowa Gold Star - ect.
4. Print layout - Contacts and help with ad layout in publication either print or web.
5. Simple Flier - Designed by Roxy for use for advertising at shows and with people requesting more information. It will be color and on regular paper.
6. Horse show advertising - A Simple Flier throughout the shows and picture displayed on my stalls at the shows if I'm showing. Potential Shows for 2006: All Arabian - Buckeye - ShowTime - Region 13 - Region 18 - Canadian Nationals - Fall Classic - US Nationals
7. Copy stallion videos to VHS or DVD - These will have printed labels. Customer provided video.
8. Mailing of Stallion videos - DVD or VHS mailed priority to potential mare owners who request more information about your stallion. This will contain stallion information in the form of simple fliers.

These are Pictures or videos that I do with a digital camera or digital video camera. It's your choice on which to do. This includes a disk with all shots and sign off on copyright. They will have "Roxy" on them. I am not a professional, but I can take some good pictures. So if you don't mind taking a little longer and more pictures, I'll get some very nice pictures to use.
12. Progeny Search - Research on the stallions progeny that include their show records and production. Video and pictures obtained as they can be. Pictures will be put on CD along with a database of their information. Videos will be on DVD. Information obtained will be used for Stallion promotion.

Size is a 8 x 10 photograph. These will stay with me until the contract runs out at that time the owner may have the picture and frame. $100
7A. Copy Customer stallion videos to VHS or DVD - These will have printed labels. This will be a customer provided stallion video where just a copy is made. $2 per video
7B. Copy stallion videos to VHS or DVD - These will have printed labels. This will be customer provided until a date is set up to video new and additional footage. Then the best of all video will be used in the stallion video presentation with information and titles of some type. Progeny are added to the video if available or with purchase of Progeny research. Video caption is available for additional pictures off of the video. These are put together by me and will show some type of text. These are more professional looking. $3.50 per video
8. Mailing of Stallion videos - DVD or VHS mailed priority to potential mare owners who request information on your stallion, with a simple flier or stallion information kit, depending on which the customer has purchased. Unlimited number of mailings. $200
9. Mass Email Ad - One time Email in a wonderful web design with the Arabian Horse Network that goes out to 34,000 Arabian horse people. This is only for the Arabian Horse Network clients to use. So it's not available to a large majority of the industry. $300 and you must be an Arabian Horse Network Clients. That means you have a purchased web site through AHN.
